Gary Muma is the driving force behind California Home Appraisals. With over a two decades of experience as a certified appraiser and seasoned real estate consultant, Gary brings a rare level of insight and authority to every valuation. Known for his sharp market knowledge and no-nonsense approach, he’s helped thousands of clients navigate some of life’s most sensitive financial moments with confidence and clarity.
Gary is also a educator and leads training sessions for realtors and real estate professionals throughout Northern California, offering insight into appraisal processes, FHA guidelines, and market trends—with a touch of humor to keep it real:).
When he’s not working, he like to spend time with his wife and 2 kids—traveling to spots like Disneyland, Yosemite, Yellowstone, and Maui—or staying active by hiking, biking, playing basketball, and pickleball. He also dreams of playing in a rock band someday but for now he’s learning guitar on the side:)
